Using the directory

You can browse without an account. Search and filters run in your browser; we do not send your search terms to a backend. We do not collect resumes or job applications, run a newsletter, accept payments or use advertising pixels.

Website delivery

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. It processes technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver pages and prevent abuse. We do not add visitor profiling or cross-site advertising tracking. Public web analytics is not enabled at launch.

Automatic Worker invocation logs are disabled. We do not intentionally log message contents, credentials or search terms. Cloudflare may retain separate security, error and service records under its own terms.

Email inquiries

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages to our business inbox. We use them to answer your request, correct directory information or discuss a listing. Only the operator and service providers supporting email delivery and storage have access.

Routine inquiries are deleted within 90 days after resolution. A legal or active dispute may require longer retention; we restrict those records to that purpose. Please do not send identification documents, confidential employer information or individual compensation details.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you supplied by contacting hello@rotationlist.com. We may need to verify control of the email address. We aim to respond within 30 days and follow any shorter applicable deadline. If a legal obligation prevents deletion, we will explain it.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate against people who exercise privacy rights. Data processed by our hosting and email providers may be handled outside your country.

Employer websites

Links to employer careers pages take you to separate websites with their own privacy policies. Rotation List does not receive the applications you submit there.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. New collection features will be disclosed before they are enabled.
